Rewards Program

We launched our C&C Rewards program to make sure our customers know how much we appreciate them. Earn points for making a purchase, writing a review, having a birthday, sharing on social, and more. Then, use those points like cash at checkout. What’s not to love?

Q: How do I become a C&C Rewards member?

A: Sign up (or sign in) with your e-mail address here. Make sure to tell us when your birthday is for a special treat every year.

Q: Is the C&C Rewards Program available outside the U.S.?

A: At this time, our Rewards Program is only available to customers in the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: You can earn points a number of different ways: signing up for our C&C Rewards program, making a purchase, following us on Facebook or Instagram, entering a new VIP tier, and writing a review. The number of points you’ll earn by making a purchase depends on what VIP level you are in. Enthusiasts earn 1 point per $1 spent, Loyalists earn 1.5 points per $1 spent, and Ambassadors earn 2 points per $1 spent.

Q: How much are my points worth?

A: Points can be redeemed like cash at checkout. 100 points = $10. You can redeem a maximum of 1,000 points ($100) per transaction.

Q: What can I use my points for?

A: You can use points like cash to make purchases on shop.cupcakesandcashmere.com. Partner or "marketplace" items and gift cards are not eligible. Please note that you cannot combine other discount codes with C&C Rewards points. If there is a tiered promotion running that does not require a discount code to be entered, you may be able to use C&C Rewards points in addition to the promotion in certain cases, like during our Black Friday sale. Please reach out if you have any questions and we'd be happy to help.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: Make sure you’re logged into your account, and you’ll see an option to redeem your points at checkout. If you're having an issue checking out on your phone, try redeeming points on your desktop computer. A maximum of 1,000 points ($100) can be redeemed per transaction.

Q: Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to redeem my points?

A: Yes. To redeem 100 points ($10) the minimum spend is $50. To redeem 200 points ($20) the minimum spend is $75. To redeem 300 points ($30) the minimum spend is $100. To redeem 500 points ($50), the minimum spend is $325. To redeem 1,000 points ($100), the minimum spend is $650.

Q: How is my C&C Rewards tier determined?

A: Our C&C Rewards program has three tiers: Enthusiast, Loyalist, and Ambassador. Your tier is determined by how much you spend in one year from the date you signed up for C&C Rewards or entered a new tier. If you spend up to $500 with us, you'll be in our first level, Enthusiast, and you'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. If you spend between $500-$999, you'll advance to our second tier, Loyalist (1.5 points per $1 spent). If you spend $1,000 per year or more, you'll have reached our highest tier, Ambassador (2 points per $1 spent).

Q: How do Product Reviews work?

A: After you purchase a product, you'll receive an email to review your product via Yotpo. Fill out the review, and you'll receive 50 points ($5).

We love product reviews from our C&C Rewards members because they help us determine what you love, what you don't, and what we need to work on. Reviews that include profanity, rude commentary, or disrespectful/unnecessary comments will not be published. Please contact us directly about customer service issues (such as shipping or lost packages) at help@cupcakesandcashmere.com and we would be happy to assist you.

Q: I was a member of the first VIP Rewards program (2018-2019). Did my points transfer over to the new C&C Rewards program (launched January 2020)?

A: Yes. The points system with the new program is different, so your points balance was converted to the new system but retains the same value. In our old program, 1,000 points = $10. In our new program, 100 points = $10. You will see that your old points balance (which may have been in the thousands) was simply divided by 10 to convert to the new system, but you haven't lost the value of your points balance. If you have any questions, please let us know.
