Shipping and Handling
Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed. To estimate delivery time, please take into account the processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The shipping courier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost or stolen package, it is the responsibility of the courier and all inquiries must be directed directly to them.
We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is provided.
Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed. Please note that while lost orders are one of our top priorities, package claims are a long and very extensive process and often take several weeks or more to complete.
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with a carrier tracking number will be sent out.
30 Day Returns (Free within 15 days)

Free returns: Return arrives at Shop Cupcakes and within 15 days of date of receipt (allow 7 days’ transit time).
$10 returns: Return arrives at Shop Cupcakes and Cashmere after 15 days from the date of receipt.
Shoe Returns: Shoes must be returned/exchanged within 15 days of receipt (allow 7 days' return transit time). No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided after 15 days.
Please Note: All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded. Non-shoe packages received at Shop Cupcakes and Cashmere after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you cannot print a return shipping label, we can send one to you for a $1.00 fee.
Your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original tags and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned: food, flowers, gift cards, health and personal care items, earrings or other jewelry that pierces the skin. Additionally, all items marked "Final Sale."
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please click here. The exchange option will appear only if we have the requested item in stock.REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take two weeks or more before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We will match any publicly advertised/listed price from another vendor.
If your fine jewelry is damaged, please email email@example.com and give us your name, email address, order number, and repair issue.
cupcakes and cashmere will repair any breakage or other damage caused by manufacturer defect at no charge within 6 months of the date you received your purchase. Repairs needed after 6 months (or deemed to be caused by customer misuse and not a manufacturer’s defect) will incur a repair charge at the customer's expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and may take several weeks to complete.
If an item you purchased at regular price has gone on sale, we are happy to offer a price adjustment on qualifying items within 48 hours of the original purchase date.
If you have a discount code and forgot to use it at checkout, we regretfully cannot apply the discount post purchase. Please note that discount codes are not valid on fine jewelry or sale items.
